HOW DO CORAL
MINERALS
WORK?
:

Minerals are the
basic foundation
for health. From
our bones to the
multitude of
enzymatic
activities within
and without our
cells, minerals
are absolutely
essential to
optimum health.
Supplying the
body with missing
minerals that have
crucial roles to
play and by
bringing overall
mineral levels up,
helps raise the pH
of body fluids and
tissues back to
their natural
optimal levels.
Calcium provides
the electrical
energy for the
heart to beat and
for all muscle
movement. It
helps keep the
immune system
healthy and is
essential for
nourishing bones
and teeth. The
Calcium ion is
responsible for
feeding every cell
throughout the
body. Additionally,
Calcium is
involved in DNA
replication, crucial
for maintaining
youth and the
basis for the
body's cellular
repair.
How to be healthy?
Getting enough vitamins, minerals, fiber, and other
phytochemicals isn’t as hard as it may seem.
5. Consider Selenium
In 1996, researchers reported that people who took 200 mcg of selenium a
day had a lower risk of prostate, lung, and colon cancer. Until ongoing
studies confirm those results, it’s too early to say that selenium prevents
cancer. But it’s worth considering a supplement.
1. Eat a healthy diet
Start with a diet built around fruits and vegetables (eight to ten servings
a day); whole-grain breads and cereals; beans; low-fat poultry and
meat; non-fried fish; and low-fat milk, cheese, and yogurt.
2. Take a multi
For insurance, take a multivitamin-and-mineral supplement like Power Source
100.

Vitamin Power’s Power Source 100 tablets supply protective Phyto-Nutrients
including Carotenoids, Flavonoids and Phytosterols plus Multi-Vitamins,
Chelated Minerals (without Iron!), Digestive Enzymes, Antioxidants,
Bioflavonoids, Herbs...over 100 whole-food nutrients all-in-one formula.
3. Count up your calcium
Do you eat three (if you're under 50) or four (if you’re over 50)
servings a day of (low-fat) milk, yogurt, or cheese? If not, take a
supplement (like Calcium Citrate) with 300 mg of calcium a day for
every dairy product you miss. Your goal: 1,000 mg a day (if you’re 19
to 50) or 1,200 mg a day (if you’re over 50).
We are now expanding our line of Calcium supplements with EASY-CAL Calcium
Citrate, providing elemental Calcium- 500 mg plus Boron-3 mg per two tablet dosage.
This form of Calcium is known to be easily-absorbed and less likely to cause the
constipation and gastrointestinal  distress commonly-associated with Calcium
supplements.
Or Coral Calcium... Each easy-to-take tablet supplies 750 mg. of pure
Coral Calcium, equivalent to 250 mg. of absorbable elemental Calcium,
essential to good health.

Coral Calcium Complex provides the natural trace nutrients found in
human skeleton and the body fluids essential to life, including Calcium,
Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Sulfur, Selenium and Zinc.
Studies suggest that 50 IU a day may cut the risk of prostate cancer, 100 IU a day may lower the risk of heart
disease, and 200 to 400 IU a day may boost the immune systems of older people or help curb muscle damage
that occurs when they exercise. You can’t get those levels from food. The evidence isn’t strong enough to say
that vitamin E works, but it’s a good bet.
Vitamin E is essential to human nutrition because it
supplies oxygen to the heart and the other muscles
in the body. It prevents unstable molecules known
as free radicals from damaging cells and tissue;
accelerates wound healing; protects lung tissue
from inhaled pollutants; aids in functioning of the
immune system, endocrine system and sex
glands; improves circulation; and promotes normal
blood clotting. Vitamin Power E capsules contain
no sugar, starch, coloring, flavoring or preservatives.
